What Sidebar features are only available when composing an email?

Overview

When composing an email (new, reply, forward), the Cirrus Insight Sidebar will automatically show the compose-specific features Email Options (track emails/clicks), Templates, and List Send.

Requirements

  • Pro Plan to access Email Tracking & Link Tracking

  • Expert Plan to access Templates & List Send

  • Features enabled by your organization

Compose Features

Use Email Options to Track email opens and/or Track link clicks.

Templates allow you to select a Template from Salesforce and choose the Merge field recipient.

Use List Send to select a list view from Salesforce, edit the recipient list, and merge those email addresses into the To, CC, or BCC fields.
