Archive | ZynBox - Why are my URLS so Strange When ZynBit is Enabled?

ZynBit inserts tracking information in URLs where Email tracking is enabled.  This information is used to display customer intelligence about links clicked from your emails in the sidebar panel and in ZynIQ.

Some customers do not want ZynBit tracking information wrappers on their URLs, and these can easily be turned off by disabling email tracking.  In Outlook, on the Home tab, click the email settings box beside the Zynbit icon.  The configuration window will open and you can uncheck “Track Emails” to disable tracking.

In Gmail and OWA, link tracking is off by default.  You can enable link tracking by clicking "Send with ZynBit" when sending an email.
