We've made a ton of updates to the sidebar we think you will love! Check read below for the key highlights and how they will help you in your day-to-day life. 

Improved form fields and navigation

Highlights: 

• ~40% increase in the number of visible fields: we show more fields in the sidebar which means less scrolling to find what you need.
• Clearer field titles and borders so you know exactly what to click.
• Updated Back and action buttons in the footer are easier to see and use. The update button will update dynamically based on what kind of record you're editing.
• More prominent highlighting of required fields when editing and creating records.
• Consistent button placement so things are always where you expect to find them.

Coming Soon: 

• New record headers to be added so you always know what you're viewing or editing.
• Dedicated Back arrows in the record header allows you to more quickly navigate records and forms. You no longer need to hunt for the back button at the bottom of the sidebar (don't worry, it's still there!).
• Reduced noise and clutter - we will use the entire sidebar when editing and creating records so you can see more of what you need.

• Searches as you type:
  • You don't need to enter the entire record name you're looking for,  saving you time.

1. The calendar is more refined and behaves like modern date pickers.
