Several enhancements, fixes and new features have been rolled out that affect navigation, Smart Scheduler, historic sync, scheduling tools, and more.
We have started the rollout of a new dashboard left navigation, which is planned to be enabled for everyone by the first week of February.

Calendar Sync - Historical Sync
For customers looking to sync historic events we now have the ability to look back up to 2 months for past events and sync them into Salesforce.
Originally we only supposed historic email sync. We have expanded historic sync to include events.
Sidebar - One Click Booking (beta)
When entering an email address or selecting a different email address from the drop down the user would need to click into the name field in order to make any changes.
An update was made so when the user selects an email address or types in an email address and clicks it or hits the enter key, the name field will be automatically selected.

Sidebar - Case Creation
A bug was found that resulted in newly created cases skipping the active assignment rules for cases.
A fix was implemented to ensure that cases created in the Sidebar do not bypass the active assignment rules.
