How Do I Connect Sidebar to a Salesforce Sandbox?

To connect to a Salesforce Sandbox for Sync, use the connections tab in the Cirrus Insight Dashboard.  Select the correct instance of Salesforce and enter your Salesforce credentials.

To connect the sidebar to a Salesforce Sandbox, open the login screen (using the configuration button by the Cirrus Insight icon for Outlook Desktop).  If Salesforce is connected, disconnect it.  Choose the Sandbox below the Salesforce bar.

For OWA and Gmail,

1. Obtain a Cirrus Insight password.  by opening https://home.cirrusinsight.com and clicking "Forgot password."
2. When the email with a password reset link arrives, use it to create a new Cirrus Insight password.
3. Disconnect from Cirrus Insight using the gear on the far right of the sidebar if connected.
4. Reconnect but use SIGN IN WITH CIRRUS INSIGHT and your new password, not the sign-in with Salesforce bar at the top of the list.
5. After Cirrus Insight is connected, you can select sandbox and sign into the appropriate link with your sandbox credentials.
