Archive | How Do I Connect Sidebar to a Salesforce Community Cloud?

To connect to a Salesforce Community Cloud for Sync, use the connections tab in the Dashboard.  Select the correct instance of Salesforce and enter your Salesforce credentials.

To connect the sidebar to a Salesforce Community Cloud, open the login screen (using the configuration button by the ZynBit icon for Outlook Desktop).  If Salesforce is connected, disconnect it.  Choose the Community Cloud below the Salesforce bar.

For OWA and Gmail,

  1. Obtain a ZynBit password.  by opening https://app.zynbit.com and clicking "Forgot password."
  2. When the email with a password reset link arrives, use it to create a new Cirrus Insight password.
  3. Disconnect from Zynbit using the gear on the far right of the sidebar if connected.
  4. Reconnect but use SIGN IN WITH ZYNBIT and your new password, not the sign in with Salesforce bar at the top of the list.
  5. After Zynbit is connected, you can select Community Cloud and sign into the appropriate link with your Community Cloud credentials.
