If you use Chrome and the Sidebar is visible in your inbox but the inside is blank, allow third-party cookies for your inbox with the following steps.
Starting April 2021, Google Chrome implemented changes to third-party cookies that can prevent the Cirrus Insight Sidebar from fully loading data in Chrome (applies to both Gmail and Outlook Web App) if cookies aren't allowed.

1. From Chrome, navigate to your inbox (Gmail or Outlook Web App).
2. From the far right of the URL bar, click the eye icon and then select Site not working?
3. Click the Allow cookies button.
Chrome will automatically refresh the page and the Sidebar should then be able to load data.
