To change a ZynBit password, click "Forgot password" on the main login screen. Enter your email address (or that of a colleague who needs to reset their password) and an email with a reset link will be sent.
Please note - The Zynbit Support team does not have access to your password for reasons of confidentiality.
If you do not receive the password reset email-
- Please check your spam/junk mail folder
- If the email is not in your spam/junk mail folder you may need to ask your IT staff to temporarily whitelist Zynbit.com. Also Please make sure Getzyn@zynbit.com is added to your safe senders list.
