Users need the API Enabled permission enabled in Salesforce in order to use Cirrus Insight. Like other integration apps, Cirrus Insight requires API access to connect to Salesforce.
Without this permission, users will constantly be prompted to reconnect to Salesforce.
The Salesforce administrator can enable the API Enabled permission from a profile or a permission set. All Cirrus Insight users in the org will need the permission.
Profile: Setup > Profiles > select a Profile > check the API Enabled box > Save
Permission Set: Setup > Permission Sets > select a Permission Sets > System Permissions > Edit > check the API Enabled box > Save
