Office 365 Admins can deploy the Cirrus Insight add-in for users from the Office admin center by using the official steps from Microsoft.
Use Microsoft’s guide, Deploy add-ins in the admin center - Microsoft 365 admin, which offers the most up-to-date steps on deployment.
Note the following during steps 3-4 of the Deploy an Office Add-in using the admin center section:
If your org uses Office 365, search for “Cirrus Insight” from the Office Store.
If your org uses Exchange 2013 and 2016, add the plugin by URL instead of by search:
