**Terms & Conditions**  

The $100 Gift Card Referral Drawing is open to active Cirrus Insight customers only. Each referral must include the valid business email address and full name of the person being referred. Referred individuals must be B2B Sales professionals or Revenue Operations professionals. Entries are earned per referral, with each valid referral counting as one entry. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can submit.  

The drawing will take place on **April 1, 2025**, and one winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email. Gift card options will be provided, and the winner can choose from a list of popular merchants. By participating, you agree that referrals will receive one email from Cirrus Insight about the recommendation. Fraudulent or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Cirrus Insight reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time. No purchase is necessary beyond your existing Cirrus Insight subscription. Local laws and regulations apply.
